Is triathlonjournal is a triaining diary or a coaching website?

Answer: It's both! You have the choice of using the website as a tool to schedule, record and view your training data with the Standard and Professional packages. If however you want to avail of our experienced training coaches you can do this with the Elite package.

What kind of information can I recorded for each discipline?

Answer: Triathlonjournal allows you to track where you trained, how many Kilometres you completed and how long it took you in Hours and minutes. It allows you to record any weight training you completed in hours and minutes as well. It also allows you to write down your thoughts for that day also.

I keep all my data on a spreadsheet - why should I consider an online journal?

Answer: Well there are a number of reasons. Firstly, ease of use - with your own personal password, you can log in from anywhere with access to the internet, which means you can record and view your training activity even when, for example, you're on holiday. Secondly, it makes it much easier to view you're your training. For example, with the click of a button, you could go back and view your 1k interval run times for the same time last year and compare these times to those you're achieving now.

I already have a personal triathlon coach, how can I benefit from using TriathlonJournal ?

Answer: More than likely your triathlon training coach doesn't offer you the ability to record and view your training data online. In this case, you could keep your existing coach and use the Standard or professional Package which allows you to schedule, record and view training data. If however you want your coach to be part of out panel of coaches then please ask your coach to contact us

Is TriathlonJournal updated in realtime?

Answer: Absolutely - as soon as you type up your training data it is recorded on the website in realtime. This means that your triathlon training is always up to date no matter what time of the day you login.

How will Triathlon help to keep me motivated?

Answer: Triathlonjournal keeps you motivated in a number of ways. Having goals is one of the most important ways of keeping yourself motivated and Triahtlonjournal allows you to type of the races/events you have planned for that year Once you have these races in place you can start to schedule your training accordingly.

Will Traithlonjournal inform me if I have not achieved the weeks training target?

Answer: Yes, in order to help you stick to the schedules you set yourself Triahtlonjournal lets you know if you have not achieved your training targets on a weekly basis.

Will TriathlonJournal share my information with other companies?

Answer: Absolutely not! We are not a spam service and we do not sell or share your information with anyone. Your privacy is very important to us.
