None required - but please note the following:-
Your Disciplines are defaulted to swim, bike, run. If you want to change this, please look at the following instructions
- Click on Set up
- Select the Disciplines - Bike, Run, Swim (select/deselect where appropriate)
- Deselect the relevant Disciplines

This is where you type up the races your planning for the year.
- Click on Events (from top menu bar)
- Click on Add event
- Type in the name of the event
- Type in the date and the distance

Later on when you have completed your race you can then type up the details of the event
- Click on Events
- Click on Details
- Add relevant race details

Please note your planned events will appear in your Schedule.
Now you're ready to start Scheduling your weekly training
- Click on Schedule (from top menu bar)
- Click on Weekly planner
- Go to Add session
- The start date defaults to the next Monday
- Choose the day
- Choose the discipline
- Choose the Duration
- Click if it's a brick session
- Type in the location
- Type in the details e.g. swim set
- Click to Save

Once you have typed up your Schedule for the following week you can view this in the "View Schedule".
Once you have completed your day's training you can then go to about typing up your Training Data.
- Training (from top menu bar)
- Record Daily Training
- Click on the date you want to enter the data
- Type in the place
- Type in the distance
- Type in any daily comments
- Save

Weekly Summary
You can then view you current week to see how you are progressing

Here you have 3 graphs, accessible from top menu bar :
- Graph 1 - This shows a weekly account of the Distance logged by each discipline
- Graph 2 - This shows the planned versus logged times completed
- Graph 3 - This shows the planned versus logged percentages

This view allows you to view how many hours and KM's you've logged for each discipline for any period.
